CONSULTATION RATES:

In-Home Personal Training Rates: A one-on-one customised personal training package in the comforts and privacy of your own home. Your capabilities and current physique will be assessed and a structured training and nutritional program will be tailored to help you achieve your goals. It is expected that you will have access to basic fitness equipment but 160 lbs. (73 kg.) of free-weights and associated bars will be supplied during the training program for your use.

	Cancellation Fee without 24 hours prior notice:	£ 32
	Equipment Usage Fee:	inclusive

Studio / Gym Personal Training Rates: Based in a Studio / Gym environment with full access to all equipment, we will work together to achieve your specific goals. A full assessment of your current physique and your capabilities will be provided and a structured training and nutritional program will be customised for your use.

Corporate Rates: A healthy employee creates a healthy and productive work environment. Whether it is two or two-hundred, your employees will be assessed and training and nutritional packages will be customised to their specific goals. Rates are offered for both short and long term corporate clients. If onsite fitness facilities are not available then alternative arrangements will be made and included within the quotation.

ONLINE personal training is the next best thing to actually having a personal trainer at your side. Whether you are trying to lose weight, add weight, or define your current physique, the experience of a personal trainer can go a long way in helping you achieve your goals. ONLINE CONSULTATION RATES:

The Platinum Package is for a six month period with the option to extend the period on a month to month basis at a reduced rate and will involve a personal assessment of your current physique and your long term goals. A nutritional and resistance training program will be customised to your specific needs in helping you achieve your ultimate goal. Online assistance will be guaranteed during the entire six month period and beyond, if applicable.

	Initial Fee for the first month:	£ 200
	Monthly Fee for each consecutive month:	£ 100
	Reduced monthly Fee after the six month period:	£ 60

The Gold Package is similar to the Platinum Package but with the exception that the option to extend the package at the end of the six month period will be at a full rate on a monthly basis. A nutritional and resistance training program will be customised to your specific needs in helping you achieve your ultimate goal. Online assistance will be provided to you for the entire six month period and extended beyond, if applicable.

	Initial Fee for the first month:	£ 200
	Monthly Fee for each consecutive month:	£ 100
	Monthly Fee after the six month period:	£ 100

The Silver Package is for a period of one month and will involve a personal assessment of your current physique and your short term goals. A nutritional and resistance training program will be customised to your specific needs in helping you to eventually achieve your ultimate goal. Online assistance will be provided to you for this one month period.

	Fee for this one month:	£ 200
	Renewal of this Package:	£ 200

The General Package is for general inquiries only. Prices for questions and assessments will be based on the individual's needs and upon the detail of the answer(s) provided. A contractual price will always be provided to you for your approval prior to any formal assistance being offered. For individuals who just need a few questions answered to help them get closer to their goal, the General Package can be a valuable aid.

For individuals who are experiencing difficulty in deciding if a particular supplement is as good as the manufacturer's claim, the Product Review Option can save you a great deal of time and money.

NOTES:

Please note that all fees are expressed in British Pounds Sterling unless otherwise noted and are payable in advance on a monthly basis, if applicable, prior to any formal services being offered. The calendar month shall commence on the day on which the package is purchased by the client and subsequent payments shall become due one month from this date. Failure to meet your payment obligations shall result in the package being voided and all services terminated. The extended period offers available through the Platinum and Gold Packages must be activated by the client within fourteen working days of the end of the initial six month period of the same packages. After said timeframe, clients will be required to purchase a new package of their choosing. For general inquiries, payment must be received prior to any formal assistance being offered.
