EXERCISES:

The following pages will provide you with detailed explanations of the various exercises you may undertake to develop your physique. This is by no means all the exercises available but they will provide you with enough variety to establish a solid workout routine for yourself. If you need help with setting up a workout routine then please refer to the Training Section. If you require additional exercise and fitness information then please refer to the Fitness Resources Section or the Tips & Tricks Section.

For each of the exercises which you undertake, it is extremely important that you concentrate on correct form to ensure correct development and your safety. Always make sure you fully warm-up your muscles by running, cycling and / or stretching before you start lifting weights. Start with light weights and allow yourself to get comfortable with the new range of motions you will be subjecting your muscles and body to.
