Fee Schedule:
Structural Surveying
A typical home inspection/survey takes between 3 to 4.5 hours and
costs $400 plus GST
A typical apartment style condo inspection/survey takes between
2 to 3 hours and costs $250 plus GST
Our inspection is a comprehensive, visual, hands on examination
of the building structure and interior systems. It covers many items
everything from the ridgeboard to foundation.
All information is recorded in our comprehensive report and delivered
to you within 48 hours of the inspection being carried out. So that
you will have the required information to make a worry free decision
in your house purchase or sale.

Property management service fees:
Where we are instructed to purely find a tenant with no subsequent
management service a charge of 10% plus GST of the total rent payable,
persuant to the rental agreement, will be charged (minimum fee $250
plus GST)
Where we are instructed to find a tenant and subsequently manage
your property an initial fee of 5% plus GST of the total rent will
be charged ($200 plus GST minimum fee) plus a management fee of
10% plus GST of the gross monthly rent.
The fee charged for our Complete Property Management Services is
15% of the gross annual rent which includes any service charge receivable
for common area maintenance, plus GST. This fee is deductible monthly
from the rent collected and receivable.
Rental / Leasing Service Fees:
Our total letting fee is 10% of the gross annual rental payable
for the property, plus GST.
